Toby Huss is an American actor and voice actor, probably best known for voicing Cotton Hill and Kahn on King of the Hill and playing Artie, the Strongest Man in the World on Nickelodeon's The Adventures of Pete and Pete.
On Beavis and Butt-Head, he most notably voices Todd Ianuzzi (replacing Mike Judge who only voiced him in "The Crush" and "Date Bait"). Until 2011, he only credited under the aliases "Rottilio Michieli" and (much less frequently) "Rottilio Bettini."
