Tiffany, also known as The Rubber Band Lady (voiced by John Andrews) is a contortionist whose act Beavis and Butt-Head see in "At the Sideshow." The sideshow manager allows them to meet her after the show where she asks them if there are any favors she can perform for them. The sideshow manager tells Beavis and Butt-Head "the woman does things that you'll remember when you're 80 and can't hold your water." However, Beavis and Butt-Head are so stupid that instead of asking for sexual favors, they ask her "can you pick your butt with your nose." She grows infuriated with them and they are kicked out of the sideshow.
