The unnamed murderer is a minor character who only appears in the 14th episode of Season 7, A Great Day, and can be seen in the background during a news cast following the highway accident in Beavis and Butt-head Do America.
The duo encounter this individual when they find blood on the sidewalk leading to his house. When he answers his door, he tries to convince them that it's "definitely not" blood, but is unable to come up with a good excuse as to why and instead tells the duo to forget it. He tries giving them a dollar to go away, but the dimwitted duo never get the indication that he killed someone, and tell him that they will come back and let him know if they find anything else cool.
He is later seen trying to stuff a body bag into his car trunk and is shocked when the duo approach him again, this time with a dead bird. He hands them $20 to go away before then runs into his car and drives away as quickly as possible.

- Based on his physical characteristics and his suspicious murders, this character is undoubtedly based on real-life murderer and sex offender Jeffrey Dahmer.
