Highland's unnamed elderly police chief appears in "Oldholio" where he is among the police officers called to investigate Old Beavis/Cornholio's theft of prescription drugs from Rite All pharmacy. When he hears Cornholio speak about his prostatitis and other conditions and prescriptions that the chief also has, the chief and the other officers begin to sympathize with Beavis. The chief decides to pay for the medications that Beavis stole, saying "if it weren't for the grace of God, it could be me out there instead of him."

- His voice appears to be an impression of the late Robert Stack who voiced ATF Agent Flemming. His voice is also similar to Cop (Couch-Fishing).
