Old Butt-Head is a middle-aged version of Butt-Head from an alternate timeline where he and Beavis were never sent forward in time to the year 2022. He first appeared in Beavis and Butt-Head Do The Universe and makes regular appearances in the 2022 revival. Like his younger self, he is voiced by Mike Judge.
Physical appearance[]
Unlike Beavis, who retains the pompadour from his youth, middle-aged Butt-Head is balding; he also has visible stubble and hair on his arms and legs. Butt-Head also no longer sports his AC/DC garb, instead wearing a white shirt with a brown short sleeved jacket, as well as blue shorts instead of the red he wore in his youth. Butt-Head also no longer wears braces at this point. He has also gained a lot of weight over the years, and is sometimes so fat that his belly is exposed and he has to use a mobility scooter or a cane to move around.
Personality[]
Old Butt-Head hasn't changed a bit over the years, being as lazy, stupid, obnoxious, and reckless as he was in his youth, treating Old Beavis as badly as ever.
Health[]
Old Butt-Head ended up much more obese than Beavis, which has lead him to having multiple heart attacks. In Bike, Butt-Head is shown to use a pacemaker and nearly died when it got temporarily disrupted. Despite this, he's shown no desire nor will to change his eating habits and even considers sugary cereals like Count Chocula to be "health food". In Too Big To Fail, he ended up using his obesity to his advantage when he ate as much as he could in order to stay in his apartment, which required a hole in the wall and a crane to evict him.
While Old Beavis is often shown vaping, Butt-Head is more often than not seen smoking cigarettes. While the duo are both heavy alcoholics at this point in their lives, (dependent enough that they consistently use whatever money they have to buy beer instead of paying their rent or taxes), it can be assumed that Beavis is a bit more conscientious of his health.

- In "Home Aide", Old Beavis is said to have been fired from Burger World in 1999. This is likely the same case for Butt-Head.
- In "Married", the duo get married in an attempt to score with a woman working the license desk. They later realize the woman was already married and their misinformed gesture failed. They try to get divorced, but the cost of an attorney along with the $500 filing fee discourages them and they choose instead to pay for getting their car out of an impound lot and just pretend the marriage never happened.
