Mrs. Ortiz is a minor character in the 2022 revival of Beavis and Butt-Head. She is Highland High School's psychiatrist, replacing Dr. Floss from the original series. She is voiced by Rose Abdoo.
She first appears in "Nice Butt-Head", where she observes Butt-Head's aggressive behavior as he beats up Beavis in her office. She mentions that this was their eighth session trying to improve Butt-Head's behavior, and she thinks that Butt-Head's aggression is getting worse. Since therapy wasn't working for Butt-Head, Ortiz decides to put Butt-Head on medication, telling him to take one in the morning and another in the afternoon. At first, Butt-Head wants to flush his pills down the toilet, but changes his mind when he finds out that they're grape flavored and eats them like candy, ignoring Ortiz's instruction to take only two a day and altering his personality.
She later appears in "Sad Boys", when Mr. Van Driessen sends the duo to her office under the belief that they're depressed. Upon asking them a few questions, Ortiz decides that they need more help than she can give them and calls the mental facility.

She is a middle-aged woman with short, wavy brown hair, black browline glasses, a lilac suit with a pale yellow V-neck shirt, and a purple skirt.

- Ortiz once diagnosed Butt-Head as a sociopath, as mentioned during the duo's commentary on Olivia Rodrigo's "Good 4 U". Her theory is accurate, considering Butt-Head's actions throughout the series and lack of empathy towards others.
