This working stiff wears a middle-part hairstyle and he is habitually annoyed by Beavis and Butt-head. The duo often loiter in and around his convenience store while trying to pick up chicks. Like almost every character on the show, he is annoyed by the duo's stupidity. He occasionally exacts a small measure of revenge. He sells Butt-head day-old insect-infested nachos in Beavis and Butt-head vs. the Vending Machine, and used forks and stale donuts (picked out of the trash can) in Party. One such attempt backfires when he calls the police to report a robbery in progress when Butt-head helps himself to working the cash register (Another Friday Night). When the police arrive, they mistake him for an armed culprit, and he is beaten before being arrested.

This same character has also been seen working at Home Labyrinth, though he doesn't seem to like his job there, as he gets annoyed when he has to keep telling Tom Anderson where to find the Spanish tiles when he's unable to (Pool Toys).

He is one of the few characters to not appear in the Beavis and Butt-Head movie.
