Leroy is a recurring antagonist in Beavis and Butt-Head. He is a local thug who leads his own gang, and is a known rival to Todd. The titular duo frequently mistake the two as friends.
He first appears in "Safe House", where he and two of his gang members go to the duo's house seeking out Todd, who is hiding there. After Beavis claims that he and Butt-Head are part of Todd's gang, Leroy and the others beat them up as a "message". Shortly afterward, they pound the duo again when they end up in the same jail cell. He and his gang also appear in Virtual Stupidity, acting as the main overarching antagonists.
Physical appearance[]
Leroy can usually be seen wearing a dark grey hat folded just above his eyes, a white long-sleeved shirt with a short-sleeved, purple/indigo button-up covering it, and orange pants. In "Snitchers", he has grey pants.
Personality[]
Similar to Todd, Leroy is very aggressive and petty (Though, evidently, most of his gripes can be attributed to a personal grudge against Todd himself). When not antagonizing the duo or his rivals, he can come off as much more reserved as he is frequently shown hanging around town by himself, no cohorts in sight. He is also much more forgiving and ambivalent to the duo than most, as he is only violent against them when he thinks they are associating with Todd.

- In "Snitchers", he is shown to have joined Todd's gang. Though they are never seen cooperating again, this likely implies that he and Todd decided to end their rivalry and team up after the events of the Virtual Stupidity video game.
- In an early storyboard for Virtual Stupidity, his name can briefly be seen written as 'Joe'.[1]
