She notably appears in "Sexual Harassment," where she sits in the back of the room near Beavis and Butt-head who accuse her of "sexual harassment" for giving them erections. The case is taken to court and Butt-head describes her as a hot chick and she harasses them by "being so hot". The trial is interrupted when Beavis points out that she is giving him another "stiffie".
In "Water Safety", Kimberly is press-ganged into doing CPR on Beavis and Butt-head but gets out of it by revealing she has a doctor's note exempting her from "emotionally destructive" activities.
In "Crisis Line," she calls the duo unknowingly to ask for relationship advice. Butt-head recommends that she have sex the next day with anyone who is polite to her. She introduces the pair to her boyfriend, who promptly grabs them and throws them across the room.
In "Whiplash", Beavis tries to chat with her on the school bus prior to the accident that he and Butt-head have set up to try to get money for being injured.
In "Spin the Bottle," a story from Beavis and Butthead Comic No. 16, Kimberly invites her whole class to her party, including Daria; she tries to make sure Beavis and Butt-head don't know about it, but Mr. Van Driessen forces her to include them. On the day, she tried to claim the party hadn't started yet (even though loud noises could be heard from the house) and this almost worked until Daria informed the two they'd been tricked.
In "Werewolves of Highland," she sits in the front row of the theater ahead of B&B as they watch a Twilight movie.
