While sitting on a curb in a city Butt-head is bored and suggests he and Beavis do something. Everything that Beavis wants to do like bowling, getting nachos and looking at slutty magazines costs money. Looking across the street Butt-head sees a bank and comes up with an idea. They enter the bank and ask an employee named Sam Gluckman for money. The bank employee asks them how much they want to withdraw, Butt-head responds with $1,000,000. The banker looks shocked then asks if they have an account. Having no account the banker lectures them on how important banks are to the economy. Butt-head is still asking for money as some police officers walk up, but instead of kicking Beavis and Butt-head out they try to arrest Mr. Gluckman for embezzlement. Sam then runs away from the officers to the roof. Butt-head then states "Banking is cool". The criminal banker is now on the roof five floors up threatening to jump with the police cornering him and the building surrounded. An audience gathers with each showing an inner monologue hoping he jumps, only Beavis is outwardly excited at the prospect of a suicide. The police negotiator recruits Beavis and Butthead to talk Mr. Gluckman out of jumping because they volunteered as being the only persons the banker knows. As the boys approach the suicidal banker he confesses to his crimes. Hoping he would jump they unintentionally avert the banker from killing himself by using reverse psychology in agreeing he should jump. Sam then talks himself out of jumping and hugs Beavis saying he wants to live to which Butthead replies "What a wuss". The suicidal embezzling banker is then arrested.
