While in Stewart's garage, Beavis and Butt-Head play with one of Stew's army dolls. Beavis pretends to sodomize it with a wood screw, only it goes through Beavis's hand, which means the figure is stuck to his bloody palm. Butt-Head takes him to the hospital, and the doctor painfully removes the toy. Beavis is given pain pills, but ingests too much, the caffiene setting in. He becomes Cornholio once more, and Butt-Head could care less. Meanwhile, a cult's "Beloved" leader passes away, and they believe that he will return with a new body. But, the cult discovers Cornholio in the lobby and they suggest that he and Butt-Head go back to the Messiah temple. While there, everyone is prepped for "The Great Conception", which means that every cult woman will give herself away to the Beloved. Beloved Cornholio and Profit Butt-Head have no idea of this, and leave in a bored fit. The next day, Stewart makes sure that Beavis is OK, and that he sign a form from his father. The cult shows up again at Butt-Head's house, so Beavis advises to take Stewart, who finally scores.
[[Beavis]] and [[Butt-head]] get an action figure screwed into Beavis' hand, so Butt-head takes him to the hospital. Beavis soon gets his hand fixed, and starts eating up candy until he becomes [[Cornholio]]. A cult leader finds him and mistakes him as the second coming of the Messiah. Cornholio becomes the leader of the cult, and orders lots of toilet paper to be brought to him.

"Holy Cornholio" is the 6th episode in Season 8 of Beavis and Butt-Head. It is the 206th overall.
