Harold "Harry" Buddisker is the health inspector. He came to Burger World late one night to inspect the restaurant only to find 37 different health code violations. Although he succeeded on shutting down Burger World, Beavis and Butt-head offered him some "curly fries" (which are actually worms placed in the fryer). He had suspected that the duo had something to do with the health code violations that night. But he accepted the curly fries, as a bribe to keep quiet about their involvement with the mess. He was also offered a bunch of the extra hamburgers, but he declined them. He said they were sitting out long enough to get worms by now. The duo laughed when hearing him say this, since the curly fries he was eating really were fried worms! Then he leaves Burger World only to inform Beavis and Butt-head that he'll return tomorrow to tell the manager that the restaurant will remain closed.
