Sergeant Dick Leakey (A.K.A. "The Rooster") is a character in Beavis and Butt-head. He is a soldier in a recruiting office who tries to convince Beavis and Butt-head to join the army in "Be All You Can Be".

After luring the two inside with a promise to let them touch his grenade launcher and then showing them a video about how the army uses heavy metal music to scare the enemy, he gives them signing papers. But after a joke from Butt-head, Leakey becomes very annoyed and forces the boys to enlist at gunpoint. They sign the enlistment forms as "Major Woody" and "Private Parts". The enraged sergeant points the gun at them and pulls the trigger several times, but the gun is not loaded and it clicks emptily as the boys run away. Towards the end, it is revealed that Beavis and Butt-head stole a grenade and bullets from the Sergeant. They then play "Catch" with the grenade before it explodes.

He appears in the Sega Genesis game. Though, he allows the duo to take bombs for free, from his station, he will kill them, by blowing them up, with bombs in his pocket, if they take his government file folder. Said folder has a GWAR ticket piece, underneath. He is afraid of snakes, always ducking and covering his head, at the mere sight of one.
