Butt Bowl II was a half hour special that aired on January 29, 1995, during the halftime break of Super Bowl XXIX.
Before Butt Bowl II aired, MTV had scrolling text that said "MTV Viewer Bulletin... 100% odds the Superbowl Half-Time Show will suck!!! Instead, switch to MTV's Butt-Bowl II... featuring two brand new Beavis & Butthead cartoons... Superbowl Sunday at Half-Time."

Announcer: We interrupt our regular programming for this special event.
Butt-head: Oh no. It's the halftime show.
Beavis: Aw, damn it. Like the game didn't suck enough.
Butt-head: Yeah.
Beavis: Well I'm gonna go get a couple beers. You want anything?
Butt-head: Uhh.. you don't have any beer, Beavis.
Beavis: Ohhhh yeah.
Butt-head: Dumbass. Let's find something cool.
(Butt-head picks up remote control and changes the channel.)
