Butt-Head was featured as an Operator of the Rogue Black Ops faction in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 and Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0. He was released during Season Four Reloaded of Black Ops 6 on July 2nd, 2025 as part of the Beavis and Butt-Head Event Pass Premium Track Offering.

- Butt-Head's head is noticeably much smaller than usual here, and his proportions are more realistic; this is to properly accommodate the hitbox. The same applies to Beavis' skin, as well as both of their skins in Fortnite, another game that the show collaborated with.
- Butt-Head's T-shirt on his default skin has "BO6" written on it. In most media, he is usually depicted wearing an AC/DC T-shirt, while in other video games and merchandise, it's a "SKULL" shirt.
